This hotel location is very very far from MEX airport. Check in staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast place is very small and crowded. The room amenities are of very poor quality. You have to ask for a hairdryer at the reception.

Hotel is well located and is clean. However we missed some of the amenities that we had enjoyed in other City Express hotel. For example an ironing board and iron, expending machines that sell water bottles, tissues in the bathroom, etc.

Lo mas destacable es el personal, es amable y con muy buena actitud, felicidades por contar con gente comprometida y feliz. Las instalaciones estan muy bien, esta muy cerca del aeropuerto y el desayuno tambien me parecio bueno, excepto el jugo de naranja que es de esos de carton, pero pues no tome jugo y listo, todo bien. Gracias !!!! Lo recomiendo mucho.

El hotel es muy básico lo cual no está mal para una noche, sin embargo, lo inaceptable es lo sucio y descuidado del inmueble. Las llaves no abren bien sino hace contacto fuerte con la puerta, sucio el lava manos con cabellos y suciedad. Terrible.

El cuarto era muy cómodo y limpio, el desayuno incluido fue mi parte favorita, a pesar de que se ve pequeño tiene varias opciones y me facilitó los días que estuve ahí, también el personal era sumamente amable, sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí.
