La recepcionista fue muy rápida dándonos la habitación, pero cuando llegamos la ventana estaba abierta, había muchos moscos y estaba bastante fría. Tenían una cobija extra, pero super delgada. Al amanecer me di cuenta que la cafetera de la habitación tenía hongos y no la usé. El resto de la habitación parecía limpia. El personal fue muy amable y el desayuno fue suficiente y con buen sabor.

El estacionamiento está muy mal, inseguro y con fugas de agua del drenaje. El desayuno lo sirven muy tarde si consideramos que hay gente que va por negocios y requiere salir temprano. Me parece que la tarifa no es equitativa con los servicios ofrecidos y las condiciones en general del hotel, así como la zona donde está ubicado porque no hay nada.

MUY BIEN HOTEL PERO MAL ESTACIONAMIENTO

Todo esta muy bien, las habitaciones,el desayuno, las instalaciones sin embargo, el estacionamiento no tiene acceso directo al hotel y cuando llueve uno tiene llegar corriendo al loby, asimismo, el check in es muy lento porque hay que llenar un formatito que nos es nada practico
