My fiance and I decided to visit family in Toledo. I chose the hotel for the location of his family. When we got into the room, the remote didn't work so the manager switched us to another room and we were satisfied. The food was hot and delicious. I would recommend staying at this location.

The location of the property was good. It was noisy, doors slamming throughout the night, the odor of marijuana throughout the hallway, the toilet seat was very loose, the entry light did not work and problems with the tv.

If you’re a parent, please read this review. We wanted a quick weekend getaway to Michigan and this seemed to be perfect with the proximity to the local pumpkin farms. However I quickly regretted the decision to book solely on price. The hotel room absolutely reeked of mold, smoke, and animal piss. I felt like I honestly let my kid down staying here. The bathroom was equally disgusting and was completely run down. The rooms look NOTHING like the photos whatsoever. You’re not a good area either. Spend the extra $100 and go to a nicer area trust me this is not worth it at all.

Inexpensive, decent place to stay

Overall good- staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable, price was low. One of the two beds in the room was broken- it dipped on one side. TV had some issues with sound going out. Breakfast was from 7-10 but not much left after 900.

Very strong cigarette smell in hallway. One chair in our room was all wonky and the other was absolutely disgusting! We had our grandson with us and we told him to stay away from it! Having said that, the breakfast was actually pretty decent.

Clean. Comfortable. Convenient. Breakfast consists of eggs, sausage, potatoes, breads, cold cereal, waffles, juices, coffee. Highly recommend.

Very much in need of an update! Shower fixtures were not intact to the wall, just a dribble out if the bathroom faucet, sheets were notmclean, floor was not vacuumed, wall crumbling apart by air conditioner unit. ... i could go on but you get the jist! The bed however was fairly comfortable, and there were no signs of critters.

I love staying at this location the staff is awesome when i have been there ,the beds are so comfortable i want to take one home ,i could sleep for a week in only get upto use restroom all in all i always have a good experience the only thing that i didn't understand is that the patio closes at nine or something then they come out like we are kids in make u get out of there I'm sure they have reasons for it but makes no sense to me to sum it up i would for come back in def recommend to others 10 stars👍🙏

Roach motel

Not really sure where to start…we arrived later in the evening so, I ran in to check us in, drop our bags off and run to find dinner for my family and I. The night staff was very nice. When we finally arrived to the room, I Made a joke about it being a"roach motel" not knowing it would actually be a reality. When we woke up the next morning,we went down to breakfast, the man at the counter was rude about me asking for plates and cups. The waffles you get to make were delicious. But,when we got back to our room to pack up and leave, there were at least three decent sized cockroaches in the room we were sleeping in! From the cigarette burns in the bedding to the rude staff and the creepy crawlies, I urge you, do your research. Even if it's just for a quick stay. 6.5 stars is too much for this place.

Aggravating

Easy check in. Got to room air conditioner did work. Called front desk they came up and got it to work. We left for dinner and came back and it was off again and by this time it was late. Called down again. He tried working in it and it quit again. He offered to move our room but the only availability was a smoking room. I have asthma but i tried staying in there anyways. By this time it was 2 am. Get to the new room and the tv didnt work and we didnt have a phone in our room to call down there. We finally gave up and said forget it and tried to get some sleep. Go down the next morning to eat n check out i told the guy at the desk about the issues and he just said ok and offered no apologies a discount or anything.

The Staff is very nice and helpful. I booked online but had to give a one hundred dollar deposit when I arrived that I didn’t know of. Although I did get it back when I left. The rugs need a deep cleaning. In the “smoke free” area, it still smells like smoke/cigarrettes. There is a dangerous situation with the water (while showering). It goes really hot and then really cold. I got lost two times trying to find the hotel, even though I was using my GPS and it’s due to a closed road next to it. The floor in front of the ice machine is always wet. It’s a shame that we had these inconveniences, because each room is nicely equipped with Microwaves, Ironing board and iron, blowers, coffee maker, TV and Cable and Wi-Fi. The beds are pretty comfortable, but too high. At least for seniors. (Me) The bathroom was nicely cleaned and stacked up with clean towels and toiletries. I hope you can work on fixing the cons. It’s overall a pretty decent hotel and good price.
