Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
Hotel was great. The location of the hotel was not. The streets all around the hotel were filled with trash and riffraff. Didn’t feel safe walking back to our hotel in the evening.

Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main
The hotel reception is located in the mall building, 3rd floor. It’s honestly great because there’s a Lawson and family mart within the building opened 24/7. You can even walked Shinjuku station completely underground!! There’s also a bunch of restaurants in the hotel if you want a convenient option. ...

Location was off the main areas so it was nice not having to be in the thick of it all. I enjoyed the peaceful walk back after a long day. Staff were smiley, welcoming, and helpful.
