ประทับใจกับการเข้าพักมากๆค่ะ เดินทางสะดวกไม่ว่าจะมาจากสนามบินไหนก็ตาม พนักงานต้อนรับบริการดี สามารถฝากกระเป๋าได้(โรงแรมมีห้องเก็บกระเป๋าค่อนข้างใหญ่) ทำเลอยู่กลางGinza แต่ยังคงเงียบสงบมากๆ และด้านล่างโรงแรมมีร้านสะดวกซื้อ ในบริเวณใกล้ๆมีร้านอาหารให้เลือกหลายร้าน ส่วนของห้องพักขนาดกำลังดี สามารถเปิดกระเป๋าเดินทางได้พร้อมกัน 2 ใบสบายๆ มีฉากกั้นระหว่างตรงทางเดินเข้าห้องกับส่วนที่นอน ทำให้รู้สึกเป็นส่วนตัว มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน เป็นโรงแรมที่จะกลับไปพักอีกแน่นอน

We booked this hotel as we wanted to be in Ginza. The hotel is quirky as it tries to show its ‘green’ qualities-in Reception there are a range of items you may have left at home - well here you can just pick your item for free!! The room we had was on the small side - but we managed- we were told on arrival that the room would not be serviced during our stay in line with their policy- not sure why but our room was made up and serviced everyday- Great. The reception staff were really good and helpful - most were English speaking- and nothing seemed to faze them. There are plenty of eating options and prices available locally - using the subway is a great way of getting around- a tip - make a mental note of the entry/exit code (most stations have multiple entrances and exits). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Thanks

The staff are nice and helpful, even when we had requests needed to be help immediately, they were quick responding and very polite as usual! It’s quite hard to find a hotel that allow us to open two large suitcases but this one is comfy! The location is beyond convenient. There are multiple subway station nearby which allows you to choose different line depends on your destination. Among all the hotel nearby, this one is more affordable and spacious. Highly recommend to everyone traveling to Tokyo!

I will definitely be staying at this hotel again. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English very well. Facility offers coin laundry that functions as a laundry and dryer and the staff will hold the laundry for you if you’re heading out and are unable to empty it out. They also have a very tasty buffet in this hotel and there is a discounted rate for hotel guests. Amenities were great! Loved the bath powders.

Love this hotel. Even though the room is small, but it has everything. The space is well designed. Recommend not to bring non-standard shape/size large suitcase. It won't be easy to store the suitcase in the tiny room.

Everything was great from amenities to staff. The restaurant inside hotel also offers an excellent buffet breakfast. However, the hotel sewage could be older but we noticed a slight bad smell when we arrive back at our hotel after a day out. The smell goes away after awhile but it is slightly deterring. However we had a pleasant stay overall.

Great hotel!! Only negative was that the elevator always stops on 2nd floor reception when leaving hotel :D Access to 7-11 and its ATM is very nice. Shimbashi station is 10 minutes by foot!

In a small space, the room has every essential stuffs. The bath tub is deep and bath salt the hotel provided at the lobby was very good to relax in after busy day as a tourist. Hotel is near to Ginza 6 and walking-with-suitcase-distance from Higashi Ginza subway station.

Efficient design of the rooms, but very compact. More traditional style of shower, which may turn off some Americans. 7-11 directly under the hotel is very, very convenient. About 10 minute walk from two Tokyo Metro stations.

Staff here is very nice. We paid a small fee to check in early around 1:30pm. Most hotels don't let you check in until the actual check in time, however we arrived to Japan at 3:30am so we were ready for check in early. It also rained on us during the walk from the train station- staff was so nice to give us towels and wipe off our jackets and suitcases when we arrived. They happily stored our luggage too. We stayed on a Sunday so not much was open on the actual street- it was a 5-10 minute walk to any action or places that were open. Overall great stay- we didn't get a chance to dine in the restaurant, however we had multiple stops at 7/11, that is attached to the hotel.

The hotel provides free slippers and pyjamas and free tooth brushes, razor, shower cap, comb, tea bags to make tea and coffee too. I think there is a lot of improvement to increase spoken English to non-Japanese customers.

I recently had a fantastic stay at Hotel Musse Ginza Meitetsu. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Ginza with easy access to everything. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the service was top-notch from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail was evident, and I appreciated the modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. The highlight was the outstanding dining experience at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a diverse range of delicious options. Overall, my stay at Hotel Musse Ginza Meitetsu exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo.
