Nice queen double bed. We were two with 3 luggages but still had some decent space. Depending which leg is going to be for you part of your trip I would recommend go for queen or king.

Perfect walking distance to Ueno station or to the nearby tokyo metro station. Also an easy walk to Kappabashi or even Asakasa if you didn't want to take the metro. Staff was super helpful and friendly, only negative was the peeling wallpaper in the room

Staff were very welcoming and got us checked in quickly. Downfall was there was no AC. It was 25 degrees Celsius both days we were there and it was hot! We had to sleep with the window open to try and sleep and it was loud first thing in the morning. Beds were very hard. Overall great location and average room.

It is closed to the main Ueno metro station. It is also only couple minutes from the Ginza line. The hotel is on the quiet side of Ueno station. The other side has lot of restaurants and shops which are about 10 mins way. The hotel is fine except the wifi is horrible. I had stayed at the same chain in Yokohama which had no problem at all.

The hotel and the room was just ok , we had a stroller and there was no ramp for it so we had to carry it up the stairs every time , the bathroom had no ventilation so it had mold around the tub and under the sink which made the rooms smell as well

The room and the property could be cleaner in detail; it would be much better. There was a day without providing pajamas, one day without changing toothbrush (no new toothpaste to use), one day without providing a clean towel and bad sheet. Housing keeping detail could be improved.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was not very clean. The toilet rim was very dirty as was the outside of the toilet. The shower curtain had mildew on the bottom of it. There was lots of trash underneath the bed. One of the cleaning people kept throwing away my loofah that I had hanging on my own hanger to dry. The hotel was close to the train station but I would not stay here again.

The hotel is well-located and the front desk reception were polite and helpful, however the bathroom smelt musty and the toilet was mouldy under the rim. The room was spacious but hotel is overall a bit tired. Wifi was awful and barely worked, we ended up purchasing our own internet. The air conditioner only had 3 temperature settings and was not very effective at cooling the room. Be careful with the lift doors as they tend to close prematurely and do not have sensors.

Very disgusting experience

The whole room is dirty. Bedsheet got some dirt marks and hotel refused to change until next day. The bathroom is full of scent of urine. very disgusting. couldnt change room and didnt make any cleaner even have reported for few times. The staff there couldnt speak english and not willing to help at all.
