Spacious cottage with new kitchen from 2015 located on a child-friendly plot in Arrild Ferieby. On the grounds there are both swings, slide for the little ones. There is a large, bright kitchen / dining room with wood burning stove and direct access to the covered terrace, where there is a barbecue and garden furniture available. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The house is i.a. equipped with an energy-saving heat pump that ensures a good indoor climate all year round. In the scenic area there are lots of footpaths where i.a. leads down to the resort town, where you will find a wealth of activity opportunities for young and old.
