Hôtel méritant une rénovation profonde. Pas de Clim la nuit et pas d’eau chaude le matin. Heureusement que le personnel et très sympathique, souriant et ayant le sens du service. Points à corriger en urgence : la Clim qui ne fonctionne pas, les douches (pommeaux et joints des portes).

Bon accueil équipe à l'écoute soucieuse de répondre à vos multiples demandes. Sécurité respectée et rassurante. Restaurant sympa. Le seul gros problème de cet hôtel c'est l'unique machine à café une véritable catastrophe pour tous les clients de l'hôtel excédés.. Elle était en panne pour le café le réparateur était posté tous les matins devant la machine faisant signe de la réparer mais on voyait bien qu'il n'y connaissait rien. Aussi, Il me semblait les années passées que le buffet du petit déjeuner était plus varié, là du fait qu'il est inclus dans le prix, on perçoit des restrictions...un système de pot de café avait été proposé mais on voyait bien que c'était du bricolage. J'ai fini par acheter mon café au bar où il était vendu 200 dinars, ce que j'ai fait 3 matins de suite.

le séjour fut positif dans l'ensemble mais moyen dans les services (pas de présentation des services, salle de sport ou autres, pas d'eau dans la chambre il a fallu changer de chambre en lit séparé au lieu d'un lit double. Sinon très bon parking sécurisé et chambre calme

It is a well kept hotel with very good amenities. The cleaning staff were very helpful and polite however the reception staff were very frosty and at times rude.

Good safe hotel with particularly good breakfast. Nice quiet area. Shower door faulty and potentially dangerous. No safe in room. Had been removed.

観光中心からは少し離れていますが、14番路線のバス停も近くにあり、便は悪くありません。 10分程度歩くとレストラン、エピスリ等もあります。

TRES TRES BIEN

L'ensemble du personnel est d'une grande gentilesse, serviable. Les chambres sont très propres et l'hotel se situe pas trop loin du centre dans un quartier calme et sécurisé. Je retournerai sans hésiter.

So,so but acceptable

Stayed only 1 night. Breakfast was not inluded. Not very good...buffet style.Cold scrambled eggs. Room was OK.No fridge, no glasses. The beds were comfortable.
