Perfect stay in Tlaxcala clean room good breakfast and great concierge service all night and front desk Mrs Cecilia WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING this morning she translated for me to the Uber ask me to share my location with her to know that I am safe with my Uber driver. She even took a picture of his license plate. There was confusion about money with my Uber driver along the way and she resolved it. I couldn’t ask for better service. Un hotel muy limpio y con detalles que hacen sentir al huésped en un lugar muy agradable, por ejemplo un excelente cama con un colchón de calidad y sábanas, muy cómodas, el baño, perfectamente dispuesto con todo lo necesario y el personal muy atento, además convenientemente cerca del centro de la ciudad claro hay que bajar muchas escaleras, por lo cual el regreso siempre debe ser en taxi.
