"This resort was one of, if not, the best resort I’ve been to. The people in Bali are friendly, but the staff at this resort went out of their way to make sure my stay was phenomenal. Nothing was too much bother for them. From initial greeting by the team at reception, to waves and personal greeting of ‘hello’ every time I passed the restaurant, to the housekeeping staff chatting to me at my villa when they came to clean. The villa was beautiful. Well kept, clean, and the gardens and pools were...

"Park view room large and comfortable with an equally large bathroom, nice and clean, staff friendly and pool area nice. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant food good. Gardens beautiful and interaction with elephants enjoyable"

"This place is Excellent, staffs are nice. Good breakfast."

"Ein sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel, welches Wert auf die einheimischen Traditionen legt. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut und hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir waren rundum zufrieden."

"Family Villa. Had to wait until 2.40pm to be able to go in as they only cleaned when we arrived a but before 2pm. There is building work next to it. Noisy grinding stop after 1st day but the workers still working and there was no privacy as they were right next to the pool area. On our last night I was awaken by loud conversation 2 male voices at 4.30am! 6 nights stay. Meant to be daily cleaning. We got random 2nd and 4th day cleaning only. Breakfast was okay. Food choices nearby for delivery is...

"The rooms are lovely… however, the curtains are paper thin and allow all the glaring garden lighting coming through curtains. The light into the room is unacceptable. It is an easy fix, but management didn’t bother talking to me. Instead it went through the front desk. Do your job management. You have a lovely hotel. Fix the lighting and curtains.."

"8月に2泊宿泊しました。人も少なく設備もメンテがされておりある程度満足しましたが、チェックイン時間が15時なのに15時をまわってもチェックが終わってないとのことで出来なかった。 また、朝食はあまり美味しくはありませんでした。ジュースは薄くオレンジやパイナップルのにおいがするだけでイマイチでした。"

"Beautiful location, secluded and quiet. Good food as well. If you are looking to relax away from the crowds, look no further. "

"I absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel is brand new, everything is clean and well-maintained, and the surroundings are peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The accommodation also makes it easy to explore the area, with various activities and services available, including waterfall tours, horse riding nearby, and transfers to the rice fields and Ubud. Everything was so well arranged, making my stay even more enjoyable. I had such a wonderful time and left...

"The hotel is amazing, I wish I had stayed for more nights. Waking up with the view of the rice terraces is lovely and peaceful. The staff was very friendly, they arranged pick up from the airport and put me in contact with a driver for private transportation during my stay. The rooms are clean and breakfast served at the room by request with no additional charge."

"While we had a pleasant stay overall, this is probably not a place we would personally return to. In our opinion, the villas would benefit from more maintenance and updating. There were several areas that felt worn, outdated, or in need of repair, particularly the bathrooms. Considering the price point, we felt the overall value did not fully meet our expectations. We were also disappointed with the restaurant food, which did not live up to the standard we had hoped for. That said, the staff...

"This is the worst hotel we stayed at in our years of travel. The staff was nice and attentive but the property is in run-down condition, everything feels dirty and slimy. The worst thing were the rats running freely in and out the kitchen to/from the restaurant area. Two nights into our stay we found ants on the bed. The staff sprayed around and we had to keep spraying every day to keep them away. The doors to the room do not close completely leaving gaps all around and when it was 18° - 19°C...

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Sebatu Villa. La chambre était parfaitement fidèle à la description, très agréable, propre et avec une literie vraiment très confortable, idéale pour bien se reposer après les journées de visite. Le personnel est adorable, très accueillant et vraiment aux petits soins tout au long du séjour. Sebatu est un village encore en plein développement, avec beaucoup d’établissements récents : les logements comme les restaurants sont pour la plupart assez neufs....

"Amazing natural spot to stay for a couple of days! We enjoyed every bit!"

"We had a lovely stay up at Scared Valley. Pool staff and room was perfect. But we where not pleased with the lunch n dinner options. The first day we ordered neisong there was no salt at all. Next day the food was just ok and the 3rd day we didn't enjoyed our dinner at all. No taste, no flavour Just blend. We give our feedback to the witness at the time and he and she where really apologizing to us."
