I had a fantastic one-night stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, and my business suite was worth every penny, offering breathtaking views of the city through its expansive windows. The restaurant on the second floor served delicious food, while the bar on the 23rd floor had a great ambiance. Furthermore, the spa on the 5th floor was top-notch, with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. If I find myself in Tirana again, this hotel will undoubtedly be my first choice.

The hotel was the perfect location. We could easily walk around the whole city of Tirana from there. The only downside was the air conditioning did not seem to be very efficient. We had a difficult time getting our room cool. The hotel changed our room and it was a little better.

Staff was so helpful, professional and friendly. They always understood our requests the first time and assisted us quickly. The hotel was super clean. Rooms spacious with ample storage, fridge, tv, lighting, large comfy bed and pillows. Nice shower. All very modern. The hotel gym is gorgeous! All equipment t was modern, clean and top of the line equipment. Locations was perfect! 8 min walk to Blloku and in heart of Tregu Cam. Bottom line- we definitely recommend and would stay here again. Just 3 recommendations I would love to see: 1) increase environmental efforts such as no more single use bathroom products, 2) when rooms were cleaned they were consistently replenished with products from day one, and 3) no lotion provided as part of toiletries. But all-in-all NOT a problem. We loved our stay here.

Excellent! Staff super attentive. Breakfast was delicious. Room was beautiful. One area of improvement is that the gym should be kept at a cooler temperature.

Very beautiful Hotel, very friendly stuff, perfect location, BUT, the rooms are so hot that you have the feeling you are sleeping in the hell. When we arrived the temperature in the room was 27 degrees celsius, I set up the thermostat to 18 degrees and after 2 days it managed to come to 26.5 and this was the lowest what we got. The second night we opened the door and slept almost in the corridor where it was lot colder, of course every sound was waking us up but at least we were sweating less. I did complained twice at the reception, the second time technician came to the room and removed the filter of the air condition claiming that now everything is working, but managed to achieve only to 26.5. Five star hotel is something else, certainly not this, beside friendly stuff, nice location and rest which was good, sleepless nights is no go even for two star hotel

Hieno hotelli Tiranan keskustassa. Hyvä aamupala, erinomainen kuntosali ja hieno spa-alue. Hotellihenkilökunnasta erityiskiitoksen ystävällisestä palvelusta ansaitsevat siivojat. Vastaanottohenkilökunnan palvelu oli keskimäärin hyvää tasoa, mutta 5-tähden hotellille parannettavaakin vielä on. Asiointi onnistui ongelmitta englanniksi. Ennakkoon tilatun lentokenttäkyydin kanssa oli ongelmia (kyyti ei tullut sovitusti), mutta lopulta hotelli hoiti ja hyvitti tilanteen hyvin. Kokonaisuudessaan erinomainen hotelli hinta-laatusuhteeltaan Euroopan yleiseen tasoonkin verraten.

Not great service
Overall it’s good modern and clean hotel but the service is not that good, I asked for Iron couple of times but they didn’t have and I asked for water multiple times but they didn’t deliver which is not expected from a 5 star hotel
