Quarto sujo, escuro, mofado, janela para o corredor e sem nenhuma privacidade. De forma alguma parecido com o descrito na foto. Tivemos que solicitar o frigobar de outro quarto e colocá-lo em uma cadeira ao lado da porta, porque embora nossa reserva garantisse um, o quarto não possuía. Funcionário da recepção (Robson) prestou um péssimo atendimento. Piscina estava com aranhas e boa parte dos animais apresentava maus cuidados, gaiolas e água muito sujas. Apesar de bem recomendado, a experiência foi EXTREMAMENTE frustrante.
