"The rooms and the waterpark were disgusting. No cleaning staff in sight. Half of the waterpark equipment and arcade games were broken. Manager was rude but desk staff and waterpark staff were kind and helpful. Expedia booked us a suite and there was not one available so our room downgraded. My parents basic room did not include waterpark passes although Expedia advertised like it did."

"I was happy with my stay. The staff were friendly and efficient. My room was very clean. Bath tub was a bit dated, but clean. Linens and carpet were clean. Fridge and microwave in room were appreciated. The only "weird" thing was the room stayed very damp and humid despite the a/c being on. Wet clothes didn't dry when left out overnight. Very strange. But I found the bed and room clean which is a deal breaker for me. Hotel was very quiet as well. Thanks for a nice stay. The town of Chelsea is...

The website did not list if the room provided a microwave and fridge and I was happy to see that it did! I contacted the owner and asked if a hairdryer and iron with iron board was provided. The owner was happy to put a hairdryer in the room but could not provide the iron/ iron board. Over all we would stay there again."

"The place is charming with high ceilings and big windows, and we even had a fireplace in the room. I am not sure if it works or if we were allowed to use it. it was summer anyway. However, there was no microwave in the room or the hotel as a whole, and there was no ice machine, the kind of things that you would need at a hotel. The hotel had a parking lot in the back, which is a great amenity when the hotel is in a kind of a busy area (not to say that anywhere in Clinton, MI is busy!)...
