Frühstückspension im Stil eines Mehrfamilienhauses

Gebucht und teuer bezahlt haben wir für ein 3,5 Sterne Design-Hotel, bekommen haben wir jedoch eine Frühstücks-Pension im Stil eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Zimmer war verwohnt, Flecken auf dem Teppich. WLAN funktionierte nicht. Auch auf Nachfrage konnte kein Lüfter oder Klimagerät für das 29,9 Grad heiße Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers funktionierte nicht. Handtuchwechsel erst nach drei Tagen. Handtücher waren bretthart. Die Duschtemperatur wechselte selbstständig von warm nach kalt. Schotterparkplatz vor der Tür nur gegen Entgelt, obwohl direkt um die Ecke ein kostenloser öffentlicher Parkplatz vorhanden ist. Frühstücksraum ist recht klein. Zum kontinentalen Frühstücksbüffet gab es leider kein Rührei. Die angepriesenen vitaminreichen Smoothies gab es leider nicht. Der Aufschnitt war nicht sehr hochwertig. Das Personal hat sich bemüht und war freundlich. Unser Fazit: Wir werden dieses „Hotel“ nicht noch einmal buchen. Zum Glück gibt es andere Hotels am Timmendorfer Strand, die zum gleichen Kurs mehr Komfort bieten und näher am Strand gelegen sind.
