"The property was dirty , the smell of smoke was all over the apartment, not suggested for families , the pillows and the blankets in the bed smell so bad and washing machine is not working. It was a bad experience and the communication is terrible."

"quite a clean room but we only got 2 beds despite booking for 4. no working kettle or stove like shown in the pictures no glasses or bowls in the cupboards and the wifi was really bad"

"Host (Achraf) was asleep on arrival, left us waiting for 20mins before checking us into a room which hadn’t been cleaned, no towels, hair on the bed and bathroom.
