I really enjoyed the view we had from the 6th floor, how we were able to order breakfast in our room and how the staff called us to verify our order... I really loved the balcony, being able to open up our slider door and get fresh air in our room!!! My disappointment was not having a mini fridge in our room!!!!!

The hotel is lovely and the food is excellent but the shower in our room had clogged drain. Apparently we were given a room on the ground floor in the “old” section of the hotel and it smelled like sewage. I ask for another room so they moved us to the room above. Smelled the same and had a huge stain on the couch. We left and moved to the Quartz Hotel.
