Checked in the room and when I walked in, to my surprise there was trash on floor, dirty & dusty counters when I call front desk the only option was to leave the Hotel and get full refund or downgrade rooms and get a voucher for breakfast in the morning. Unacceptable for an Executive room I booked to spend a weekend with my family there. I waited almost 2 hours to get comfortable in the room after another option was offered to have someone come to the room to clean it while I stand around and wait to have beds redone and have room cleaned not the weekend I was looking forward to spend with my Family here at The Grand Hotel.
