"I had a lovely short stay at ParkHotel. The staff were friendly and supportive. Nestled in the city centre, it’s surrounded by beautiful cafes and restaurants offering a fantastic selection of food and drinks. Plus, it’s conveniently located near the train station. There’s a car park and I noticed some electric chargers – I’m not sure if they’re hotel-owned. The toiletries in the room were great and the bed was big and comfortable. Coffee and tea were also provided. Thank you"

We arrived about 90 minutes before check in and were told that our room was not ready (understandable). We weren’t offered the chance to store our bags with the hotel while we waited so we had to drag around our suitcases for a while.
