Ambiente lindo, quarto espaçoso e confortável. Atrás comuns do hotel são excelentes. O restaurante e café da manhã são deliciosos. Só não gostei que eles cobram uma taxa ‘opcional’ de 10% sobre o valor INTEIRO já pago antecipadamente. Nunca vi isso acontecendo e acho que pode pegar muita gente desprevenida.

Decepção

Hotel com zero acessibilidade, recepção muito falha, cheguei no hotel e não tinha ninguém na recepção, depois de um tempo que veio uma pessoa pra fazer o check in e explicou absolutamente nada do hotel. Quarto escuro, frigobar que não gela e chuveiro “vazando” e com água extremamente quente, não tinha como regular direito. No café da manhã, disseram que os hóspedes tinham dinheiro a 65 reais de crédito pra fazer pedido no café, e no check Out cobraram o valor dos itens pedidos. Na hora da conta teve ma fé, cobraram taxa de limpeza, iss e várias outras taxas que já tavam pagas pelo hotéis.com, cobrando valores indevidos. O restaurante é superestimado, comida sem gosto, tudo que pedimos achamos sem graça, não satisfez ninguém. Fui na maior expectativa devido às boas indicações, mas eu só tive decepção. Não voltarei!
