"It’s in poor state"

"No lift to suites. (3 floors) honestly I was disappointed for the money spend. Chips off the sink in the Hellaby suite and lots of small things missing."

"Used as an overnight stop on our way south, location is good, a few minutes from the M1, Reception staff were very good, bed was very comfortable, only down side was the shower was in need of a deep clean, dirty grouting and rust stains. Breakfast was serve yourself, plenty full but not very hot."

"Very pleasant stay! Weather was glorious so we managed to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine! Bedrooms were modern and clean. Helpful staff. Delicious breakfast."

"Good facilities and the staff were all polite and helpful."

"Hotel was ok, on site pub was poor"

"Clean"

"Need some refund of our bill as we had no lights in room"

"Great stay, friendly and helpful staff, would definitely stay again and would highly recommend"

"Lindas instalaciones, amabilidad del personal del hotel."

"Room was clean and comfortable, although there was nowhere to hang coats/clothes (there was no hanging rail). The pedestrian route to the restaurant was a bit dark in places. Generally a good overall stay."

"Perfect for a short solo stay. Bed super comfortable"

"El miércoles fuimos a cenar al restaurante del hotel, estuvimos esperando en la mesa para que nos atendieran, el joven encargado del lugar no no se acercó , después nos acercamos a la barra y hasta ese momento nos tomo el pedido. No se si es política del hotel que en el restaurante el mesero no atiende en las mesas, pero si es así, desde un inicio deberían de notificarlo. El resto del personal fueron súper amable y las habitaciones limpias y cómodas. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta."

"Great hotel will stay there again for races however I would advise we did have 3 rooms and all 3 were cold even with heating turned up full blast need to sort in these colder months"

"Location amazing. Lovely staff all round. Room spacious and spotless. Bed to die for, could have stayed for a week."
