Heater was trash. Could literally see our breath when we got into the room. Toilet has vinyl decal “Flush the Damn Toilet!” So tacky and ghetto. "

The WiFi password was wrong in the email, and you needed to talk to a bot before you could talk to someone. There was also an email sent separately that someone responded on as well. Just confusing. They took good care of us, but would’ve just like one way to contact them. Queen and King beds were very firm! All rooms upstairs. "
