"Club room was clean and comfortable .staff was very professional and helpful. Breakfast menu could use some variety"

The room had ample space with a small balcony as well as with TV and a small storage cupboard. The room, attached bathroom-toilet was clean and the bed linen as well as towels were clean. "The location is good but the facility has no elevator. No kettle or coffee available. Restaurant has only lunch and dinner. Nearest restaurant is far. The check in was horrible. First we were taken to a non-ac room on second floor. After we pointed out the error we were taken to the first floor. Okay for a night’s sleep, but not for longer stays."

"Room was clean and spacious; hot shower available; quiet"

"amazing stay at the beautiful resort with wonderful staff - all perfect"

"The hotel had no food or amenities. Did not even have a breakfast of any kind. I have never been to such a hotel. "

"It was ok. "

"I’ve been to India a dozen times and this is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Do yourself a favor and book this trip as soon as you can. I’m not kidding. It’s bucket list stuff."

"This is a very basic 1 star hotel. There are no pictures of the bathroom for a very good reason. Absolutely dingy and disgusting. Bathroom was small, had a stained toilet and a bucket with no enclosure for bathing. Bedrooms are small and again, very basic. Looks even less than in pics. "

"Very friendly staff. Manager is amazing at assisting for local taxis. WiFi needs improvement. "

"Lovely property near the beach in Alleppey. Room was comfortable and well appointed with all amenities including tea/coffee , iron and hair dryer. Nice helpful staff. Lovely breakfast with many options. Uber available for taxi rides."
