I was expecting a “boutique” experience - There were aunts on the kitchen counter, shower/toilet/floors were not cleaned well (our feet were dirty shortly after getting unpacked), back porch lights didn't work (strings out and bulb at back door), air conditioning units were hard to use and wouldn't stay on all day or night so temperature was hard to regular, designated...
"We had a great stay! Had room #6 out front so we could enjoy sitting out front in our lawn chairs. It was close to the Harbour and we could walk everywhere we needed to go."

"Bel hôtel, bien entretenu, grandes chambres, salle de bain moderne et très propres. Les deux piscines sont bien entretenues ainsi que les abords. Calme. Situé un peu à l’extérieur de Collingwood mais tout est à 5-10 minutes."
"We spent 2 nights at this lovely house for a family gathering celebrating a birthday. There were 11 in total and we did not feel crowded at any time. The pool and lower recreation room are perfect to keep the kids happy and entertained without them being on their electronic devices. The beds are very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add a few pillows on the couch and some more comfortable outside chairs. Maybe a gate at the top of the outside stairs to keep the dogs from leaving...
