"We had a comedy of errors. Air didn’t work . They upgraded us to another room and then lock didn’t work and they had to move us to another room . Staff was so accommodating and made all of the aggravation most definitely worth it . We were never upset and they were so pleasant and accommodating and polite and apologetic . "
"The staff are so friendly, engaging, and courteous. They were doing some remodeling when I was there. The area is easily accessible and safe with nearby dining options. If I’m ever in Thomasville, this is a place worth staying at again. P.S. They have an indoor pool!"
"Bed was comfortable but pillows were too high. Loved that the front entrance smelled good and there were bright lights and cameras so I felt comfortable and safe checking in late at night. The curtains in the room stopped short where the AC were and bright lights shown into the room so I couldn’t sleep that well. Overall not a bad place. I would definitely stay again if they have a room where the curtains covered the top whole window section where the AC was. "
