We arrived after midnight very tired and the woman at the front desk was very cheerful and helpful. She checked us in quickly so we could get to our rooms and get some sleep.

We had a very comfortable stay. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. The night desk hostess went beyond helpful by willingly storing our travel freezer packs in her freezer. The only improvement would be to secure the toilet seat in our room (304). It was very loose!

The hotel was clean and the staff were nice. The lady in the kitchen was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t get her name. She gave it to me I can’t remember her name. This is a place that I will visit again. Very nice and comfortable. A little pricey then the surrounding place. The pool was not open.

Stacey & Cici made our trip particularly enjoyable. My 93 year old mother and I were evacuating from Hurricane Idalia & under considerable emotional stress. Stacey & Cici handled us with care & professionalism under difficult circumstances which was above the call of duty and we certainly appreciate it. Because of this careful treatment, we will return & with appreciation. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

The entire staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay. I dont have any complaints about the staff. The rooms however could have been cleaned a little better. When i first arrived we had to get clean towels because the first set had footprints on them. The rooms were only cleaned during our stay if we asked. There wasnt a freshness in the room as you usually get when you stay at a hotel. Other than that my stay was good. The customer service made up for everything.
