Location is really great. We had friends trip. It was more relaxing as there’s nothing much around to do. We had family suite, which was great. Breakfast was Ok. Could have added more variety. But otherwise resort is great, huge property, right on the beach.Rooms were very clean, had all needed aminities. All the restaurants on the property had delicious food. We loved our stay.

This a very old property and badly needs a facelift. Everything looks old and dated. The amenities are just basis. They don’t even offer a hand towel in the toilets and the iron board which came after calling housekeeping was rusty and very old. This is 3 Star property, definitely not a 5 Star.

Beautiful place very near to the beach to see sunrise and sunset. Seafood restaurant serve very tasty food. The ayurvedic massage options is a plus The bed is comfortable and air conditioning good The bathroom looks tired and needs updating.

We booked the most expensive lounge room and the hotel staff and the housekeeping staff were lovely and hence the stars are for them. The food was well below average, we paid extra for breakfast for 6 days and only managed to eat there 2 days because it was so bad and we ordered room service a bunch of times and each time the food was very mediocre. Main thing to be aware of is that they do not allow Ubers near the hotel in the street and they want you to use their taxi service instead which is four times the price of the Uber. One day we decided to book an Uber (as it was 300 rs compared to 2500rs the hotel was asking for) after being ripped off a few times but we were told that we would have to go to the main road so we started walking to the main road which is about a kilometre away and came across a tuk-tuk so decided to get that to the main road mainly for a little tuk-tuk experience and suddenly realised there was a guy who'd followed us all the way from the hotel to make sure that we weren't getting in the taxi on that street and ended up having a big arguement with the tuktuk guy telling him to not take us. That was very creepy and weird and frankly a horrible thing for a hotel to do to this customers and guests.

The hotel is very outdated & needs a refurb, the fixtures in the bathrooms & also in the communal areas look rather old. the property & amenities including coffee shop, bars, pools etc look tired, dull & boring. This should be rated as a three rather than five star. There was a party on the communal area which was very loud, which is not what I signed up for when I booked a weekend away. The food was average.

Title: Fantastic Stay with Beautiful Sea Views and Great Service I recently stayed at Uday Samudra Leisure Beach Hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The food was absolutely fantastic, offering a great variety of delicious options every day. The room was very comfortable and came with an incredible sea view that added a relaxing ambiance to our stay. The hotel itself is very well-maintained, with clean and spacious rooms that cater to comfort and relaxation. The staff at the hotel were exceptional—polite, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or needs. Special thanks to the lady manager who stepped in to resolve an issue with my booking. Although I booked through Expedia, wasn’t informed hotel that the booking didn’t account for my child, and the hotel initially requested an additional fee. Fortunately, the manager handled it professionally and efficiently, allowing us to enjoy our stay without further issues. One word of caution: be careful when booking through Expedia. I tried to contact them about the discrepancy, but received no response. Based on my experience, it might be better to book directly with the hotel to avoid any confusion. Overall, Uday Samudra Leisure Beach Hotel exceeded our expectations, and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful beachside retreat with excellent service, food, and views!

The staff and the service provided was excellent. Ideal location and rightly priced. The television and electric outlet options for charging are limited and could be improved. Great Location. If you get a sea facing room, you will sleep with the sound of waves. The property is dated, expect the room, furniture, lamps and everything to be very used looking. They are due for refurbishing.
