"Breakfast very good. Staff friendly. Only hotel is quite close to Autobahn so convenient but also noisy. Also quite hot due to concrete structure."

"Absolute Katastrophe. Ich hatte mich so auf das Wochenende gefreut und dann sowas. Zimmer dreckig, Bierflasche im Kleiderschrank und allgemein sowas von dreckig, da will keiner seine Kleidung rein legen. Ebenso das Bad. Alt, abgeranzt, ungemütlich. Vom Teppich möchte ich garnicht sprechen. Hier hab ich mich nicht wohl gefühlt. Der Service war nett, bis auf eine Dame an der Rezeption als ich mich wegen dem Zimmer gemeldet hatte. Warum ich nicht schon eher kam und was ich denn jetzt eigentlich...

"Super nettes Personal, viel Liebe zum Detail und einfach ein schönes Hotel. Alle haben sich Mega nett um uns gekümmert, das Frühstück war super lecker und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Betten gemütlich. Lediglich für die Dusche wäre eine Trennwand gut und ein paar Haare von den Gästen davor haben wir leider gefunden. Ansonsten alles top! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!"

"It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping."

"Chaotic check in where I had to go to 3 different places. Had dinner and were only told after that card payment wasn’t possible, despite a visa and mastercard sign at the door. Friendliness was mid as well. Rooms were functional but nothing special. Room lacked amenities such as shampoo and a hair dryer. Wasn’t terrible yet I wouldn’t recommend "

"Fantastisk sted med virkeligt søde mennesker og lækker mad og et helt utroligt smukt værelse. Meget hjælpsomhed og hygge. Der var lidt varmt på hemsen på værelset, hvilket udfordrede os lidt om natten, men det gik okay. Alt andet var helt i top <3 Vi blev to nætter selvom vi kun havde planlagt en enkelt. "

"We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne "
