"Brilliant, clean and luxurious hotel close to Hue city but in a quiet setting (typically about 15 minutes in a grab taxi costing around 115k Dong or by taking the free hotel transfer). The staff were absolutely excellent and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The massages in the spa were the best we had during our stay in Vietnam, the food at breakfast and a la carte in the daytime were both really tasty and fresh. "Its a new hotel, breakfast was ok. Room was spacious but quite hot until you turn the air con on. Bathroom is small. You need to press hot water switch approx 20min before taking a shower to activate it. Location is ok, near residential area, some cafes and restaurants around the corner. If you use grab, its easy to get around the city = within 10min you can visit many tourist places. I didnt mind my stay here. Didnt hate it. Didnt love it."

"The staff was so friendly and helpful! The pool was one of my favorite parts of the stay. The water was the perfect temperature! I also loved all my services at the spa. The room was incredible with an amazing view of the city. It was also very spacious. The restaurant, the Alma, was not all I'd hoped for but was okay. My steak was overcooked and was just average. It was easy to get eveywhere I needed to go from this location. Would absolutely stay here again! "
