This was a beautiful hotel and excellent room, city centre location. Had some noise from street but this did not impact on our stay. Great that this hotel had a spa and pool. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic.
No negatives at all and would definitely use this hotel again.
The staff at this hotel are wonderful, as is the hotel itself. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is also great, being in walking distance to many tavernas, coffee shops and markets.
stayed two nights here in September 2025 on the first floor. The room was spacious with a sofa bed, fridge, desk tv & balcony. It is a great location with most places in walking distance & lots of public transport nearby.
The room overlooked the main road so was noisy both day & night, putting the air con on noisy helped to drown it out at night. WiFi is ok but a bit slow.
The spa area is lovely with pool, steam room, sauna & hot chairs. Beware though as they charge €5 per person for one hours use! This isn’t mentioned when booking so was disappointing.
Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of foods from salad, fruit, pancakes, bacon, potatoes, mushrooms, honey from the honeycomb, a variety of breads, sauces & fruit juices.
Overall a lovely stay.
This hotel is centrally located for a great many of the ancient ruins in Tessaloniki. We walked everywhere to the waterfront, the roman forum and into the small markets. Great food nearby and really cheep. Plus their free breakfast is wonderful! Wait until you see the honey dispenser.
I had a good experience at Egnatia Palace.
Great location!
Beds are very comfy and rooms are small but clean and neat. Good lighting.
Breakfast is also great and the breakfast hall is very nice and modern looking.
The rest of the hotel areas feel a bit older and could use a make over including the small gym and the spa.
Nice property, brilliant location near to the market and historic sites. Good breakfast. Bathrooms a little tired and our shower head would not stay in holder when turned on. Big downside is all the towels and dressing gowns are wrapped individually in plastic. Every day we received new towels despite hanging up so during our stay we had 11 separate pieces of plastic to dispose of. Not good for the environment. Can’t imagine how many are used by all guests weekly, yearly.
Perfect location! Right next to Aristotle Square, shops and food. Really nice stuff and amazing breakfast!!
The only thing (which is typical for everything In Thessaloniki) is that there’s no parking but they direct you to a parking nearby. You just have leave your luggage in the hotel first while stopped t the street.
