"The rooms are clean but overall feel cold. The plugins are awful as you can’t use half of them. The gym is basically non existent. The breakfast is a waste and not tasty."

"Unfortunately the wifi would jot connect in my room. The mesaage kept saying "internet unavailable. Try again later". Then the fire alarm went at 6:15 am. False alarm, but the desk clerk stated that this happens a couple of times each sping with the wearher change. Apologized that it happened during the night inatead of during the day Othr than that, my room was good : clean, spacious, comfortable bed, microwave, fridge and coffe maker. Hot shower.. "

"Beds and bathroom were very clean but divan in room had something sticky on it. Two restaurant choices within very close proximity (Denny's and Moxies). The Denny's is actually attached to the hotel and can be accessed without going outside. Pool was so full and noise level so extreme my kids chose not to go in. Noise levels in the rooms was not a problem despite the presence of at least three different sports teams in the building. The staff managed these groups by offering them common spaces to gather in instead of allowing them to run around the halls from room to room and slamming doors. Parking is crowded and there were no carts available to unload our gear. No security cameras in parkin lots."

"A huge bug in the bed, rattling fan system, bed on an angle. Terrible stay. Place has gone way downhill. "

"The hot tub was cery merky. In their defense, the hotel was extremely packed with families. I think the staff were trying hard, but it was impossible to sleep with all the screaming and running in the halls. Great place to stay with families but maybe not the place to stay if you expect quiet and to sleep. The train also blasts through all night right next to your window… "
