Another staff member arrived and politely and patiently waited until the receptionist had finished checking me in, before she spoke to the receptionist I commended both staff on that. It’s a little thing but it was enough to make me feel valued as a guest. "
"Excellent service! Property was clean and close to shopping and transport. Rooms are large and fully maintained and equipped for a long or short stay. "
"The hotel is unique and it was enjoyable to experience the various features. The minibar options are extensive and the food we ordered to the room was generous and delicious. Breakfast was also lovely and good value. "

"The location is great, close to convenience store & city centre. For the room, I love the big comfy bed & very big mirror on the table & adjustable light & cold air-conditioner. However, I hate small annoying sounds in the room that I don't know if it comes from air-conditioner or other things in the room."
