It is going through refurbishment at the moment and to be honest I expected a bit of a mess and noise but it was quiet. My partner used the leisure area and was happy with it."

"The room was lovely and clean and comfortable, we arrived and got a parking spot next to the hotel. Communication is excellent. Lighting on arrival so we could put the code into the building was fantastic. We were in the first room. It was modern with a lovely big bed, with a walk-in shower which is ideal for me as I struggle with mobility. It was a tiny step into the shower, about 2 centimetres high, which didn’t cause me any issues. The room had a big TV and settee, table, small wardrobe. We were very happy with our room. It was also only 10 minutes by taxi from the venue where we invited to a party the evening we were staying in Burnley, perfect place for us to stay."
