"The water park is GREAT! Breakfast was GREAT! I feel like the curtains and carpet in the rooms are still from the 70’s and they do hold that dusty old sort of smell. If the hotel owners could spend to improve that you would definitely have a brand new-ish hotel! We enjoyed our stay either way and would go again."

"Although the motel was less than perfect, our room was clean and well prepared. The grounds appearance could be improved with some easy janitorial efforts. Staff was just ok . Breakfast lacked hot variety. The basics are there, the extra effort is lacking."
