"Overall enjoyed our stay. It was clean with a good water park for the kids but customer service we found to be lacking. Full details below if you're interested.
We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo. It was spacious and clean on arrival. We booked with 6 people in the room but there was only enough towels/facecloths for 4 people, meaning we had to do laundry more frequently.
There was no plug in the kitchen sink to do dishes. We called twice about it and they finally brought us pods for the dishwasher instead. Ran the dishwasher twice on the same load and dishes were still dirty. Texted the phone number listed in the room but got no response. Finally messaged the number that was sending promotional texts (we got MANY) during our stay. They answered and sent maintenance who finally brought a plus for the sink (on day 3 of our stay), they turned the dishwasher on and told us "it works". Yes it turned on, but the dishes weren't clean. Also messaged the number that the oven door did not fully close and never recieved any response to that.
On check out was not asked anything about our stay and did not get a reciept. I have emailed about getting it and this request was not acknowledged. They did respond to my inquiry about an additional charge to my credit card, but that is still not resolved (they initially replied the next day, and now we are over 24 hours without a response).
There was no dish towels or oven mitts. The kids enjoyed the lazy river. Splash park is quite cold."
