"The place is beautiful, and the villa we stayed was spacious,too. I also liked the farewell gift and the luggage storage services after checkout. However, there was very strong odor inside during our check in. Behavior of some front desk staff was not polite. They are understaffed I believe, because sometimes they even don’t respond if you call the desk service. Also, they told us to organise the linen in the entryway and throw the garbage outside in their check-out message (though they said it was not mandatory), which, in my opinion, is not the responsibility of the guests. We have already paid for those services."
