"Upon arrival to property front desk was not helpful and instructions were not complete in how to check in. We had to wait an hour after a long flight just to check in. I’m disappointed with the service at the condo."

"Staff are very helpful and friendly..the property is not good but its just ok for a minimal cost.standard room are so small to just fit in one small bed small stuff for every thing..including bathroom.hehehhe."

"Had a terrible experience using the pool, had to pay for pool use. But the management staff are very friendly and helpful."

"Please take this property off from expedia ridiculous property to book"

"Overall stay was pleasant. I will come back."

"Beautiful hotel ,, friendly amazing staff and clean rooms, close to the mall too ! Will book again."

"This hotel is phenomenal. The Room is very clean and well maintained. Their breaksfast is serving is so big and a lot of extras. Lastly, their Staff are very friendly and polite. Two thumbs up to this hotel."

"Friendly stuff enjoyed my stay for the price. It’s reasonable, large, clean restroom, smiling faces every day in the front lobby and secured by a gate. The room can be a bit noisy but like I said for the price it’s worth it and if you don’t mind or you’re a heavy sleeper than this will be a great choice walking distance from the mall to the government center and one block from the hospital for emergencies"

"Staff are really nice and accommodating. Considering the hotel being the oldest, it doesn’t look old at all. Hotel looks very classic and elegant. Very close to the pasalubong stores (Merzi and Bongbong’s). 30 minutes from the airport."

"Clean room and accommodating staff"

"The place needs to be cleaned. We killed two roaches during our stay. And there is no proper instruction how to get inside."

"👍"

"Huge room. Clean and nice"

"I had a good stay . Most of the staff are nice , other than the a few front desk employees. Few ladies at front desk got some attitude and hardly smile . They’re not so welcoming at all . But the rest of the staff housekeeping and the kitchen crew are nice . Food is great as well . Thanks you all ."

"Thru Travelocity I booked 2 rooms and each was supposed to have 3 beds in each room and what I was give when I got there was one room with 3 beds and one room with 2 beds, and ahe had the audacity to charge me extra for the extra people after not giving me the 2nd room I paid for with 3 beds."
