"Stayed 7 nights a they did not come in one time and clean up, make the bed or give me clean towels. I had to ask for clean towels. Room is musty and smells like a wet rag. Outside is cute and clean, but rooms are horrible and dirty. "

"The rooms are clean, the bed was comfortable, the front desk staff are friendly and helpful, thats where the good ends. This property is in dire need of renovation. We went to the restaurant on the 2nd floor, the smell hit you like Mike Tyson. Smell of mold. The rooms are tony, wear your shin gaurds. The hotel itself looks to be 60+ years old, with minimal renovations to keep current. Not worth the price of staying. "

"ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I booked a room 3 weeks in advanced. When I got there I went to my room and there was a lady in it. The lady and I got sent the exact same room and they gave me the code. Which is completely unsafe for me and her. I called and they apologized, then continued to give me a "upgrade". When i got to the room with the upgrade- there was 2 suitcases by the door. They gave me another code to another occupied room!! I called and then was told that they were all booked and I was unable to get a room I paid for. I was then stranded in Puerto Rico with no where to go for the night. One good thing is they gave me a full refund after I argued for it back. I will never be coming again. Terrible service and completely unsafe due to their lack of communication. "

"No parking they told me to park on the street and no laundry , only to towels for a week and the builder it is under remodelación , very strong smell "

"Room was very spacious and comfortable. The pull out couch was deceiving as it was much smaller than the actual width of the couch but our kids are small so we made it work. The laundry room was a nice perk so you don't have to pack as much. Loved the location to places to eat and shop a little. It's definitely a 10 minute walk to the beach so keep that in mind. The pool was bigger than I thought it would be and always had space for swimming and lounging. Breakfast was always good and staff worked to keep everything full and fresh. Overall a great place to stay. The trade off is a nicer newer hotel with free breakfast vs. others on the beach but are not as nice. "
