"Overall: Nice rooms. Strong internet. Room service was efficient albeit a limited menu. Highlight: The Japanese self-flushing toilet. Hilton went all out on the commode and spared no expense. It’s top of the line, beats the WC at all 5-star hotels in SF and beyond. We just did a remodel and purchased a version but not with self-flushing option. It was just too precious. Bravo Embassy Suites. You did a thing!! And we love it. Lowlights: Room service food was too oily, brussel sprouts weren’t browned they were burned. Too few menu items. Not appealing menu items. Out of stock on basic things like ginger ale. And $25 for parking?! Seriously??"

"This is a nice hotel, perfect location for walking around downtown.The beds are super comfortable. Just keep in mind the hotel charges an additional 25.00 plus tax which is closer to 30.00 when you arrive, even if you do pay in advance. We didn't even use the valet parking and parked on the street. So just factor that into the actually cost of your room. "
