I never received any check-in instructions and had to chase down management through the Expedia app. It turned into about a 30-minute back-and-forth just to get set up with Kasa’s app, which honestly dragged down the whole experience. For me, that alone made the stay feel pretty average—I would’ve happily paid an extra $100 for a traditional, fully staffed hotel downtown and skipped the hassle. That said, the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. If you’re staying multiple nights, the apartment-style setup is actually a nice perk."

"This place is disgusting. Crawling with roaches. They have the audacity to claim it a "non-smoking motel". Cigarette holes in the bedding and mattress. Our toilet hardly worked. The microwave barely worked. We left the room with some cereal on the floor we couldn't sweep up with no broom but not all over the floor. I unfortunately had to go back after checkout when we couldn't find my husband's DL. Only to be told upon leaving, that the house keeper said we left the room nasty and that the owner has black-listed me so if I went to book again, I'd be loosing money. Yeah, no, black-listed or not, I will not be booking there again. I wouldn't tell a working girl to book there. Don't waste your money on this roach motel."
