"The room was very clean and spacious. Bed comfortable. Food left for us was much appreciated and everything we needed really. Staff member on at the weekend was very personable and most helpful when we enquired about public transport, etc. Hotel was in a very convenient place for us as we had to go to a concert at Blenheim. We had a very nice stay overall, would definitely return."

"The bed was broken or not put together. We spent all night putting the bed back together. It was apparently two single beds. It was a nightmare as my daughter had exams needed a good nights sleep. I told them that before we arrived. There was mould on the shower . I am asthmatic!Strange staircase which did not help my mobility issues. All night people walking and partying Above and keeping us awake all night! My daughter went to the exam with 2 hours sleep and failed the exam. All of the above...

"The staff at the Remont were very helpful. They helped us carry our luggage up the stairs, they gave us breakfast earlier than the scheduled time so we could catch our train to London on the day of our checkout and they allowed us to park our car earlier than our check in time so that we could take the bus into Oxford and avoid the expensive parking fees. I give them a 10!"

"I loved my four nights at The Store!!! It started with the amazing welcome by the friendly staff and a welcome drink upon a very hot arrival. My room was upgraded due to my Expedia status without even asking, and I was offered the food and beverage credit upon check-in. I have found that to get these perks at some VIP hotels, you often have to ask specifically. "The staff were very helpful and parking was a breeze! Our room was snug, comfortable, and quiet. It's hard for our family of 4 to enjoy sharing a room, but this was a great spot! The location is great for walking to City Center and avoiding the congestion fees. Some might find the walk too far and although we didn't take the bus, it would have been easy because there were a ton of stops heading into City Center."

If you come during the World Cup, like we did, bring ear plugs to avoid disturbance from late night revelry in the streets. The pillows are too flat and the comforter/duvet was too heavy for the summer weather (even though the air conditioning works well and is adjustable). Otherwise very comfortable. Would stay there again but for those two items!"
