Silver Creek Hotel
8/10 Good
"Room was nice. Check in went well. Outdoor jacuzzi was pleasant. In my opinion and compared to other places I stay breakfast is underwhelming for the price of the hotel. Mainly lacking substantial protein unless you want to
pay another $10 per person for a Omelette. Also we were
trying to get to the mountain and it well after 7am by the time we got our Omelettes, even though we were there well before 7am to start eating the only other food available otherwise. We were wanting to order our omelettes right away but this process was delayed..
My thoughts are to give people more options and a more timely process for protein through chafing dishes (buffet server) with choices such as scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, or otherwise.. maybe offering hard boiled eggs as well. Looking for things other than a bunch of processed carbs from a nicer motel. Did enjoy the yogurt with added
fruit.."
"Loved our stay at The Sun Valley Lodge. Only downside I would say is they do not extend or offer late checkout for even 30 minutes. I would think at a place this nice where people are expecting at least that for what they’re paying for, they would be able to do it. That is the only bad thing I would say. "
"Older and dated. Nice breakfast and nice indoor pool and spa. Comfortable bed. Not as charming and wonderful as the advertisements and reviews posted. Good location. Service was just ok. "
"We had an amazing stay at the Limelight Hotel in Ketchum! Everything about the experience was five-star from start to finish. The staff truly made the trip memorable—Rick the bartender was fantastic and made the bar such a fun place to hang out, Juan went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and the housekeeping team kept the room spotless and welcoming every day. Incredible service, great atmosphere, and an overall outstanding stay. We can’t wait to come back! "
