"Very clean and staff friendly"

"การดูแลความปลอดภัยดี"

"I booked the cheapest place I could find near Six Flags Magic Mountain, and I am very pleased to announce that the Santa Clarita Motel did NOT disappoint! Our king bed room has very clean, had plenty of space for our bags, and all the amenities we needed for our two night stay (microwave, mini fridge/freezer, TV, tissues, etc.) The bed was cozy and we had plenty of pillows! My only gripes are: parking is limited, and while street parking is available, I wouldn't feel confident parking a nicer...

"On check in, there was a sign about extra fees, so I asked the person helping me if I was being charged for it. He assured me that I had already prepayed them through Expedia. But I was charged these fees and no one could tell me why, since I had prepayed. I was supposed to be charged only $12.00. Then suddenly I had to pay a parking fee. The manager refused to help out and told me to file a complaint and dispute. Also, the breakfast was not good. No flavor. Everything was dry."

"They overcharged the room"

"ใกล้สถาณที่ต่างๆที่ฉันจะไป"

"Service was excellent and staff very professional. Only thing is that we didn't have towels in our room, I called front desk and the towels never arrived!"
