"A great place to stay. Very comfortable rooms, extremely friendly and helpful staff, excellent food. Some tasty beers on offer in the bar as well. Plenty of car parking. Will definitely be using Manor Court again. Thanks for a lovely stay!"

"The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The thing that let it down was the food. A lot of the courses were tasteless including the main breakfast. The only other thing we did not like was the shower, climbing in and out a bath. Also could not open the windows in.the room when it got warm"

"Wonderful accommodation and lovely grounds, pick your own fruit and easy parking. Lovely, friendly owner."

"has everything you need for a short stay. Bedrooms and bathrooms are quite tiny and wardrobe space is limited. No problem if you are out and about most of the time but staying in might be a bit crammed. There is a small outdoor area to sit in - if you like talking to the neighbours as all chalets are close together."

"All as expected, central location. Not far from car parks/railway and bus station. Staff all lovely and very helpful . Bar very popular. Room comfortable and clean."

"Clean,, well equipped, chalet. About 1.5m from Bridlington Spa and a nice walk. Land train (from next door park & ride) if need a lift. Great beach."

"What a GEM !! fantastic location and spotless. Would highly recommend"

"We booked this location as it billed itself as a hotel with restaurant and bar. When we arrived about 15:30 and enquired about the restaurant we were told they close at 1600 but there were pubs nearby that would serve food. This was a Sunday so we spent the next hour trying to find somewhere that would serve food in the evening. We found somewhere. The issue is that the location misrepresented itself on Hotels.com. Had we known it was a bed and breakfast only location we would not have booked...

"Super clean and modern wonderful sea view"

"The flat was better than we expected! Smart and well furniszhed. A dedicated off road parking place, good facilities and a great sea view. A heated floor in the bathroom. Nice kitchen area and plenty of utensils. The owner was very helpful prior to our arrival so all went smoothly. "

"This was our 2nd visit, lovely house, newly refurbished bathroom, was beautiful. Close to town. Parking outside. Would recommend x"
