"Checked into the hotel and the staff did not tell us anything. We went to the room and thought about using the fitness room. Went downstairs and could not locate it. Went to staff and was told it’s by the pool. We never did find it even after walking around the pool area that we could get to. Breakfast was a Belgium waffle and orange juice. The hotel room bathroom was horrible and the door was literally coming apart. I would not recommend this hotel. "

"No hot tub and the pool was cool, not heated, but clean. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was not bad, lots to choose from. Area felt safe. Would stay there again, "

"The pool was closed right in the middle of the day on Friday for maintenance. Who does that? The pool was the reason I booked there. Very disappointed. Not very good planning on your part. Also, I have yet to receive a copy of my invoice by email as promised. "

"Overall the property was beautiful and in a nice location. However, due to everything being virtual including the check in process, I’m not sure who is managing the property to ensure everything is in good order for the next tenants. The Floor was a bit dirty. The last tenant looks like they spilled something and it never was cleaned up. There was also a shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom but there was no conditioner in the bottle. Lastly, bathroom main light did not work. Shower light and mirror light worked but not bathroom. "
