"Ramada is conveniently located at the start of the mall road.
We were given a valley view room- but the wing is not connected to the main hotel. It was rainy and cold and we had get wet to get to our room. The hotel can better construct a covered pathway between the two wings. The pathway is also very cluttered and poorly maintained. Our room was spacious but 3 three things poorly affected our stay- 1) The shower head did not work 2) The drain was clogged with hair from previous guests. 3)...

"This hotel is in Mall Road and it felt like an inconvenience when we reached there since entering the mall road with a hired taxi is not allowed, but later on we found that it's a privilege to be in the mall road. The most fun of mussoorie is in the mall road actually and it's just outside the hotel. They also arranged for porters who would pick up our luggages.
Beyond the location, rooms are spacious enough to walk inside. While walls etc seem like older property, it is well maintained. We had...

"This hotel has the potential to be excellent as it is in a very good location being near Library Chowk but is set at the end of a side street meaning it is very quiet. The view from the rooms with balconies is also outstanding.
However, I'm not sure that this hotel is very well run. They weren't expecting my booking through Expedia but did eventually find it. The room I was given was filthy. I'm not even sure that the bed sheets had been changed from the previous occupant. The floor was dirty,...

"Provided us the worst room, which was completely different from what shown on the site. The room was stinking and felt like it had not been used for weeks.
After multiple arguments, they shifted us to the other room, which was somewhat better but not the same as shown on the site.
The restaurant area was occupied by some men who were shouting and drinking and looked shady."
