"We had a nice 1 bedroom unit on the 1st floor with a firepit right outside our room. 3 hot tubs and lots of deck chairs & tables. The only thing we wish there was a swimming pool"

" We were camping and got rained out. Just happened to find this place on Expedia and we're absolutely amazed by such a wonderful Lodge it is. That was 4 years ago and we now always stay at the Granlibakken anytime we are in Tahoe. They have everything here and no need to leave the property. The only draw back is that there is only one ice machine (that we could find) and it is located near the lobby. Other than that, great place to stay for sure!!!"
"Upon check in we were given a complimentary suite upgrade at no additional charge. I was shocked but so pleasantly surprised because the rooms are $900 per night. We definitely got our moneys worth. Suite was fantastic!"

"Enjoyed my weekend trip to Tahoe City. The location was great, after a full day out at the lake. Check in was quick, friendly. Once settled in my room walked the strip that has many options for dinner an shopping. Room was comfortable an at night it was very quiet. Check out was very simple with phenomenal service.
