"Although not "cozy" and is a bit spare - it is college housing - it had everything we needed and was very clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful; laundry facilities were great at no extra cost; location was excellent."

"The owners have done a great job updating and maintaining an affordable motel. It's less than 5 minutes from the airport and easy access to town and the bypass. Our room (in the newer building) didn't have anywhere to put our clothes if we wanted to unpack and didn't have an iron or ironing board. The ends were firm but comfortable. Our room had a brand new full sized fridge, over and cooktop, microwave and toaster. We would stay there again. It's a good budget option and better than you would expect for the price relative to other hotels."

"This is a unique and very beautiful resort that I would highly recommend. We loved that it was by the ocean with a beautiful walking trail along the shore. The surrounding countryside was peaceful so peaceful. Just what we were looking for! It was an easy drive to Charlottetown and a great location for exploring the rest of the Island."

"I had a good stay here. Despite being old and outdated, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The satellite TV was nice to have, and having a kitchenette would be a nice addition if I were staying longer. Check in/out was easy, and there was a breakfast available but I didn't have it. Location was great for me, only 10 minutes from downtown Charlottetown. I liked the chairs outside of the room as well."

"The room was clean and comfortable although noisy the first night due to young people running up and down the hall (I think there was a sports tournament in town). The hotel itself, particularly where our room was in a second floor hallway at the back side of the building, was dingy and not clean. The stair carpets in this area were stained with what looked like vomit or who can say what. Caution if you stay on the second floor in the far left side of the building, as the floor drops down >half a foot from the stair well entrance AND directly outside of your room door. I witnessed numerous people tripping and one person fall as a result of this very weird building design. Both days we stayed, the smell of marijuana was heavy at the back of the building where we entered to access our room. The staff were helpful and pleasant, the breakfast was sufficient and the front lobby was satisfactory. We did not use the pool and would have used the gym, except that the main piece of equipment within was out of order. I would not stay here again simply because I don't think the money we paid aligned with the experience or state of the place."

"This is a simple, reasonably priced place to stay in Charlottetown. It was a great location with lively entertainment and diverse dining in the surrounding blocks. A few things I wish I’d known before staying on a Friday night: - don’t stress too much about where to park. As of 6 PM, the meters in front of the hotel become free for the weekend! We were able to park right in front of the building for free. - bring earplugs even if you’re not a light sleeper. I can sleep well most of the time but the arcade next door had a DJ dance party with pounding bass that was incredibly loud for us on the third floor. It quitted down at 2 AM but due to the design of the building, all noise carries - as much or more as I’ve found in Caribbean resorts. - there’s no “store” or vending machine or anything, so plan ahead if you want snacks! - while the room is “compact” (picture cruise ship cabin sized) and doesn’t have a nice view, it was a very clean and affordable alternative for us as a couple - at nearly 1/3 the cost of the nearby Delta hotel. Would I stay again? Sure, if the pricing remains good and the purpose of my trip didn’t require me getting up too early. While it was noisy late at night, in the morning we slept until 9:15 since it was pretty quiet!"

"The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are renovated and classy. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to walk to pretty much anything you would want to see downtown. The only issues we had were that the room was quite warm at night because the air conditioner wouldn't stay on. The bathrooms are also quite small, with the toilet directly beside the wall."
