"Room was spotless although we could not figure out the air conditioning two units showing what temperature the room was and allowed us to set a lower temperature but did not reduce the temperature. Beautifully decorated and lovely comfy beds. Great fridge to chill drinks on the deck enjoying the view. Loved Bedeck and will return."

"No heat in the room and in the morning there was no hot water. I asked at the desk and was told to run the hot water tap for 10 minutes. We left before that happened. Not a very impressive first visit."

"Hotel undergoing renovations which we were not made aware of at booking so no laundry facilities or leisure facilities. Work ongoing during the day which was noticed. Hotel indeed tired and room showing signs of age although views were good over the marina etc. one bottle of water and two coffee cartridges in room which when two in the room seemed a bit mean but managed to catch one of the staff who happily gave me more coffee. Breakfast was included which was perfectly adequate with lovely staff on hand if anything required. Parking an additional charge at $7 which seemed reasonable but would have thought that could have been waived due to renovations and lack of facilities available. Location met our needs but if we had been made aware of renovations we would not have booked."

"Inadequate breakfast. Every morning something was missing. Had to wait for the coffee for the muffins,.. Very slow service in the morning. Closed corridors to the rooms, so no fresh air in the rooms... At least very good restaurant for dinner at night. Nosh and Nector. Would go there just for the restaurant..."

"Room was clean but dated - which is fine with us. However faucet in bathroom was very loose - almost not attached. Reviews online said walls are thin - which you can’t control - but there were only 4 guest staying and they put us all in rooms right beside each other. Property was not well kept- grass had not been cut in a while, gardens hadn’t been touched this year yet - I understand it’s still before “tourist season” but some minor outdoor grounds maintenance would help this motel and it’s curb appeal. We decided to forgo our room for the night and drove 1 hour further to Sydney."
