"Loved the room with the private pool."

"The staff was very unhelpful. Starting with not helping with bags or anything else. If you wanted to order anything from the restaurant you had to walk to them as they didn't pay attention to you. The food including the breakfast was one of the worst i had in Bali on my three long visits. The room had a paper thin straw wall. I could hear my neighbor like he was in my room. The shower was nice. The pool was alright. Overall disappointment. Would not be back!"

"Wow what an amazing hotel. The staff was so great, the room was amazing beautiful. I would live here if I could. The spa connected was great for steam room, saunas, cold plunge and the pools. The room with the paddy view was the best thing I experienced. The hospitality was soo good. Location is great as well I loved my stay I didn’t leave the hotel for 2 days just staying on site and enjoying."

"This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at.,, Staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to help in any way, great knowledge of traditional culture and will share information . Communication was on point, never having to wait for a reply, via what's app. Facilities, room and gardens was even better than the photos extremely spotless. Food was delicious and always on time when we used room service, but also enjoyable to eat at the restaurant with very friendly staff. Small gestures like a welcome card, cake tray, stocked mini bar, robes, slippers, extra pool towels and even a carry bag for your stay were very thoughtful.Can honestly no faulting this place at all. "We stayed at the Sankara Resort and Spa for two nights and loved the couples experience. We had a massage at the spa and also had the floating breakfast. Everything was excellent. Our only regret was not staying longer."
