"We were upgraded to a corner suite which was excellent. Room cleaning was daily and we didn’t need to request it which seems to have become the norm since the pandemic. Everything was wonderful except that when we had them hold our bags after we checked out the bell staff was suddenly not helpful at all with either our luggage or holding the doors (they had previously jumped to open every door). In this case they just plopped our luggage in the middle of the lobby and walked away rather than bringing the luggage to the curb or at least asking whether we needed help."
